New York-bred, L.A.-based Victor Wilde made an appearance with his label, Bohemian Society, on the first day of the Tokyo Fashion Week Fall 2014 collections.  As part of the Los Angeles Fashion Council’s presentation, Wilde – also a performance artist – showed his punk, goth designs, some of which incorporated recycled parachute.  Of particular note was a black jacket featuring an angry cartoon face on the back.  The jacket featured in Daft Punk’s music video “Instant Crush,” and was worn by guest lead vocalist Julian Casablancas (also the frontman for The Strokes).
