Kisurin Aoyama (希須林 青山) – Minato, Tokyo, Japan

Kisurin primarily offers Chinese food that, on the surface, looks like a fusion take. But in reality this is much closer to the real thing, with the menu offering equal parts northern and southern food. Kisurin (希須林) has three stores: two in posh Tokyo neighborhoods (Aoyama and Akasaka) and one in the even more posh resort town of Karuizawa in the Nagano prefecture. All the items pictured are from the Aoyama branch, where the menu also offers dishes more closely influenced by Cantonese cha chaan teng fare.
