Wales defeated Belgium, 38-7, in the quarterfinals of the Hong Kong Sevens 2015 Bowl event. Scotland – the eventual Bowl winner – shut out Wales in the Bowl semifinals, 38-0, while Belgium fell to last year’s qualifying tournament champion, Japan, 42-7, in the semifinals of the Shield draw.
