WNBA 2014: Washington Mystics 79, Chicago Sky 68

June 13, 2014, Verizon Center, Washington, D.C. – The Washington Mystics (5-5) took advantage of a depleted Chicago Sky (5-5) squad, out-muscling them in the fourth quarter, 25 to 15.

Playing without their superstars, Elena Delle Donne (Lyme Disease) and Sylvia Fowles (hip), Chicago kept the game close and was down by only one at the end of the third quarter.  One key difference in the game was that the Mystics scored 50 points in the paint versus 28 for the Sky.  Meanwhile the three Mystics rookies contributed 31 points versus just 9 from the three Sky rookies.
