Interview with Asian supermodel Philip Huang: GQ Taiwan invited Meniscus to the set of the magazine's male supermodel shoot for an upcoming issue. One of the photography subjects, model Philip Huang, talked to us about how he got his start and his plans for the future.

Academy of Art University: Students from the San Francisco arts school featured their creations in what has become a regular Bryant Park showing.

Bill Blass: New Creative Director Peter Som unveiled a spectacular debut for label Bill Blass.

Koi Suwannagate: Thailand-born, L.A.-based designer Suwannagate brought an artisanal, hand-made quality to her creations, which were each meticulously crafted and one-of-a-kind.

Nautica: The theme for Nautica’s men's collection was “Ice Sailing,” and with this in mind, the company delivered a stylish and functional set of casual wear and sportswear.

Perry Ellis: “Would these clothes look good on my boyfriend or significant other?” In the case of the Perry Ellis men's collection, the answer is a, “Mmm…maybe not.”

Ports 1961: The women's collection failed to match the label’s overarching goal of “unexpected youthfulness and contemporary flare.”

Sass & Bide: It was a bit of a surprise to see the normally reliable Australian duo come up with a collection that resembled a macabre version of Carnival.

Tracy Reese: While not her strongest collection, Tracy Reese showcased a lot of color and style in her Fall 2008 women’s showing.

Zang Toi: Stunningly elegant and remarkably understated at the same time, Zang Toi’s impressive Fall 2008 collection was a show of contrasts.

NEWS FLASH: Allison Chen and Lanna Xu, who competed at last year's Miss New York Chinese Pageant, were contestants in the 2008 Miss Chinatown U.S.A. Pageant on Feb. 16. Lanna earned the title of Second Princess. The full results follow:
