Cia.Marítima Review - New York Fashion Week Spring 2007

Bryant Park – Sept. 8, 2006

Brazilians and…Karolina Kurkova. That was how the Brazilian swimwear Company pitched its model lineup for its Spring 2007 runway show. The swimsuits? They weren’t bad either. The assorted dresses, barely-there bikinis and tops came in beautiful shades of mostly brown, white, black and gold, decked out in prints with bamboo and floral motifs. The pieces had a light, airy and elegant feel – perfect for the beach, but also perfectly fashionable on the beachfront sidewalk. And you don’t have to be a Brazilian babe to enjoy wearing them!
